Pros

Management can be accommodating when it comes to certain things and they do care.

Cons

Fast growing company and more work piling on me that really took a hit. The task list was far too long and the job holds too much responsibility. I feel like this position should be meant for two people and not just one. Sick days and PTO should be separate as it encourages people to come in sick. Belmont is a far drive to anyone living in the city so keep that in mind as well. Due to the company growing so fast I never got proper training in their programs as it got delayed until 10-11 months after I started. No proper disability support.
