You will work with some great people at the Joplin facility! Will have the opportunity to learn new skills and possibly certificates!

Cons

Some of the worst managers to ever run a plant. HR is absolutely terrible except for the assistant. The Engineering Director has the leadership skills of a middle child. Stagnant wages, you will be lucky to get a 2% a year.
