Old Union Seniority Rules still in effect and many seniors especially the Drivers take advantage of the policies which makes the daily operations under the senior employees very hectic and disappointing. Most of the terminals are old and making the workplace conditions unsafe. Equipment are constantly breaking down or obsolete which makes it difficult for completing assigned tasks effectively. Management, office personne and driversl are conflicted with future operations!
