      Pros

      Union, pension, nothing else at this time.

      Cons

      Cut runs in half. Not enough decent runs. Can not survive off the pay.. especially with a family.. Sold to TFI waiting to see if it improves from UPS. Pay sucks till you hit top scale pay which takes 4 yrs. Then it's out of scale for the cost of living from that point.
