I started in early 2022 and we went through several rebuilding and reorganization phases. Mid 2022 there was a major shift in management when everything went downhill. Managers make inappropriate comments and continue to get away with it. They make you feel small and dumb. They are constantly pointing fingers and putting blame on the employees for nothing improving when they should be taking a look at what they’re doing and their management. I have never worked in such an unsupportive environment. If you need support you’re scared to ask because then you get in trouble for not making any progress, if you don’t ask, then you get in trouble for not seeking out support. You cannot win in any scenario. I cannot say a single good thing about working here. If you want to keep your sanity do not work here. Turn over is incredibly high for a reason. It seems like someone leaves every week and some people don’t make it more than a few days in the position. Technology is old and dated and provide no training on how to use it. The biggest issue is the management, if there was a shift in management the work itself wouldn’t be so bad. The management issues stem down from the top. Extremely negative environment and felt stressed stepping inside the building everyday.

no training, abusive managers, constant belittling, racist remarks, low pay, high work volume, no breaks. and if you take a break your going to hear about it they have no clue what they are doing when it comes to managing people.
