They benefits are good. Money is good too if you can get overtime.

Cons

Tforce doesn't have the money UPS had and they are cutting costs in the wrong areas.

Pros

There really aren't many pro's to working here besides the pay is meh and they do have a stock option plan with the company.

Cons

1. No home/work life balance 2. The company could care less about you as a person. You are just a number 3. Upper Management is Horrible 4. Long hours 5. Un safe work conditions 6. Supervisors aren't Union but hourly's are. Makes it difficult to hold people accountable 7. Upper management only cares about the numbers and their bonus'.

Good benefits is the only thing keeping employees there.

Cons

Uncertainty of day to day work. Growth of business is non existent. They do not fill vacant positions they eliminate the run or send to other terminals. Communication even between management is almost non existent.
