Its a job and you get paid. But they'll be closed in a year so no long term hope.

Cons

TForce Freight is circling the toilet bowl of LTL carriers. Upper management is hold overs from UPS days and only worry about their retirement. Worst opperations in the business. Executive team is inept at best.
