A lot of good works to work with.

Cons

Terrible management from up top. Too focused on conference calls and to focused on cutting back to make certain metrics, this leads to customers not being serviced.

the very few in management that are decent human beings

Cons

they are stuck in the 90's with technology. old run down facilities where nothing is fixed. understaffed but refuses to hire people. has many of the staff on lay off but works current staff overtime. get use to the phrase "more with less" because the motto that they love means you will be expected to do the very most with the very least dont get comfortable because the last few people they hired, they laid them off within 2 minths
