One of the lowest paying LTL carriers Lack of response from support staff Minimal opportunity Blatant favoritism Fear of layoffs You will be more of a customer service rep than sales

They benefits are good. Money is good too if you can get overtime.

Cons

Tforce doesn't have the money UPS had and they are cutting costs in the wrong areas.

Should I stay or should I go?

There really aren't many pro's to working here besides the pay is meh and they do have a stock option plan with the company.

Cons

1. No home/work life balance 2. The company could care less about you as a person. You are just a number 3. Upper Management is Horrible 4. Long hours 5. Un safe work conditions 6. Supervisors aren't Union but hourly's are. Makes it difficult to hold people accountable 7. Upper management only cares about the numbers and their bonus'.
