      Terrible place to work

      It is at least the same environment as all other warehouse operations

      Cons

      -Managerial favoritism -low involvement of upper management -low opportunity for growth -budget cuts = laying off of select management. No sense of production, knowledge, or contributions for decisions, just pure favoritism. -Takes 8 years to get another week of vacation -no work-life balance

      Tough sell (poor service) Laying off majority of outside sales force Company is going through significant change, downsizing and struggling to service their customers costing significant loss in business.
