      Decent pay, not too hard of a job, can listen to music in one ear while working, pay was increased occasionally thanks to union,

      Cons

      Odd working hours, dock you are working on is extremly hot/cold depending on weather, some senior employees mgmt & dockworkers have huge egos, if you knocked over a pallet of items you have to restack it, not all forklifts worked 100% so senior dockworkers would have the better forklifts

      MEH maybe the pay not much i can say good after being laid off after two years with no explanation and being THE TOP performer on my team

      Cons

      No work life balace, you're expected to work 80 hrs a week. The managers directors and vps are clueless numb skulls who somehow remain in business.
