Typical benefits after 90 days Union.

Cons

Toxic environment. Poor management with lack of education. No diversity all 45+ white males. No benefits until after 90 days. Seniority bully structure. Eight year gap of ability to keep drivers. Lowest man is expected to be on call with 10 hour off schedule. No work life balance. Work 14hr days with 10hr off. No vacation/ sick days until Jan 1 after first year working. You can possibly go 729 days with no paid vacation/sick time off available.

Laying off and firing people who have been there for many years. Upper management micromanage terminal managers. Not enough drivers to complete the work. Cannot make pickups or deliveries. It's a sinking ship.
