Pros

Company grew threefold over the last few years, now we are in a new location with nice interior, everything new, breakfast and lunch served, corporate membership in YMCA, etc. Computer resources are abundant.

Cons

Much bigger job load, overtime is now required in order to be on time with projects, for the same salary. The bandwidth is not adequate and impedes the work. Many new people, some are not as qualified as old workers at the same grade, an extra layer of bosses to report. Remote location, open office setting, obscure management.
