Pros
The people I had the pleasure to work with were a massive pro. Being a global company, I collaborated with people from every office, and it was a great learning experience. The culture of the smaller offices were always warm, welcoming and very community-driven. The company allowed me the opportunity to enhance my skills and and grow in terms of a career path.
Cons
Communication from upper management to the employee base was quite poor, especially when it came to major internal changes (office relocations, reorganizations, etc.) The company is very results driven and as a result, things like employee engagement, work-life balance seemed to take a constant back seat.
