Pros
I have only been with TGW for a short amount of time but I can tell already that I am going to love it here! The business genuinely cares about its employees. We are offered free health checks, free access to the onsite gym, a rooftop terrace, regular updates from the MD. Speaking of the MD, on my second day he put some time in my diary for us to grab a coffee in the kitchen and get to know each other. Pretty special for the MD of a global business to do this with staff of all levels!
Cons
I haven't come across any cons yet! I'm sat here at my desk looking out of the giant floor to ceiling windows, sipping a free green tea racking my brains trying to think of anything negative. Ill keep you updated if anything comes up!
