      - empowerment to team members - safe space for sharing thoughts / debate - caring leadership who are interested in the development of their teams - company wide commitment to personal development - above average salary bandings for the industry

      - small team means that progression can be slower than in bigger organisations - some old/legacy processes from when the business was smaller slow things down.
