      Pros

      A great time to join the company especially because of the tremendous amount of growth expected in the near future. The nicest, most talented, and intelligent people to work with. Really cool clients and projects. Leadership listens and values everyone's thoughts and suggestions. Thrive truly lives by their 2 core beliefs: 1 Design serves people, 2. Design also serves business.

      An innovation powerhouse fueled by great people

      Pros

      The people! I can’t say it enough. While the work is satisfying the people are the best part about working for this company. We care for each other and look for ways to lift people up. We give credit to one another when credit is do and we try to collaborate with generosity and a spirit of gratitude. We are rigorous and evidence based in our pursuit of actionable business insights. We are human centered and passionate about producing excellent work. Speaking as someone who actually gets to be “in the trenches” doing the work with this talented team every single day i can’t think of any place I would rather work.

      - Each department is so busy that it can be difficult to stay in sync

      Thank you for your review. We are working hard to manage our growth and are always looking for ways to improve. We are starting to work on improving practice integration. Our new COO Peter Srodoski is heading this up focusing on ways-of-working and improved documentation of processes. Watch this space - updates to come in our Monday Morning Huddle's.
