      Pros

      I have never worked in an organization where the people look out for each other to help them grow and move the company forward. THS has grown substantially in the time I have been here but even so, leadership still makes an effort to stay connected and approachable. There’s a real focus on doing things the right way by investing in technology and investing in people. You can feel that the company is evolving in a positive direction, and it’s exciting to be part of that growth.

      Cons

      Like any growing company things can move quickly and priorities can sometimes shift. Staying ahead of it with constant communication would be helpful.

      Great culture with opportunities to grow

      Pros

      There is a strong culture around this company being a "family". I know companies say that all the time, but they really try to live it. The company is growing, so there is room to advance. They offer a good working like balance. Most people you work with daily enjoy working here and are willing to help. This is especially important challenging days and helps everyone keep a positive mind set.

      Cons

      It can be fast-paced environment from time to time. There is sometimes grey areas on how you should handle business decisions. Some people see that as an opportunity to excel, but some people may find it scary.
