      The work culture is awesome. The senior managers are very polite and very open to any kind of feedback from the employees. The company really recognizes your efforts and acknowledges you handsomely for it with call outs and even compensation improvements.

      Cons

      For a software developer you really be working on cutting edge technology and there are a lot of meeting and very less actual mind engaging work. This might cause your skill to stagnate.
