3 years anniversary gift (amazon echo dot) still not given to employees who left the firm after completing more than 3.5 or 4 years in lockdown period. If they value their employees, HR should maintain good relationship with ex employees and appreciate them with whatever they deserve. HR was supposed to send the anniversary gifts to each and every employee after lockdown was lifted.
