Pros
They really do try to make sure you are in a good stable position, proactively give you what you need to get the job done and encourage growth with the room to do so in most teams I have been on. Culture is heart centered too.
Cons
Flexible time off has never really been clear. It seems to have been presented as unlimited in a way, but it is challenging to determine and ends up being just as limited and most PTO benefits (maybe 15 days?). Though I do appreciate a few good promotions over the years, they are a little below market on salary and a person can peak after a few years in the same role.
