Pay, flexibility, Work and life balance

Cons

Government wants you to do the work with little information. If they don't get what they want they will ask TIAG to fire you from the contract. TIAG does not have any other contracts for you to get on unless you relocate

The company had nice people and the Charleston location had a beautiful office view.

Cons

The teams were pretty unorganized and lacked structure. There wasnt clarity on who was supposed to be doing what.
