Great company in terms of looking out for its employees. Lots of support and emphasis on work/life balance.

Cons

I wish the contract I had been on had been maintained. Working in the government realm isn't for everyone and government regs and procedures can be difficult at times. Neither of these are tiag's fault, just the nature of the beast.

Very personable organization who recognizes employee lifestyle. Very professional outlook on customer support. Small company with big goals for their employees.

Cons

Need to explore training of employees in latest work tools. Get more involved in day-to-day operations. Take time to council employees on work ethics.
