Location is great and some of the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Hires management base on friends that does not have a clue. New HR was also inexperience and let management ruled.

good health benefits, good work hours, all indoors work with air conditioning, none of the work here is very hard and it a very clean environment. get overtime just about anytime you want and as much as you want, in most departments. and they have a great attendance policy, very forgiving.

Cons

the pay is way below what they should be paying, you must work for somewhere around 540 hours through a temp service before being considered for hiring, then you have an additional 90 days to get benefits. management is not the best either, they depend on the production leads, who are regular employees as well, to run each department.
