Chaotic workplace that has room for improvement!
Pros
TIGhitco has a great vision for the type of company that they would like to become and if they can work out the kinks in their system, one day it will be an unstoppable operation.
Cons
TIGhitco has a lot of issues that seemed to get sweeped around, accountability is not a strong suit in senior management. The training that they provide for students is mediocre, they need to supply actual composite materials to the training facility for new students. Attitudes...members of senior management need to attend the required interpersonal skills class for hourly associates and learn new techniques on their approach to the way that they conduct business because some members of the management are just rude (not proper business protocol.) Ask hourly associates opinions, to help make things better.
