Pros

Flexible hours. Typical retail. Good co-workers

Cons

Low pay!! The company wants overnight shifts for the holiday season but have no incentives. I worked overnight for several years and was given a pay adjustment of $1 an hour. That no longer applies.

Pros

The atmosphere was great. I especially liked how laid back it was and the training was fairly good.

Cons

Management doesn't offer very many hours to each employee and scheduling isn't always the easiest to figure out. The computers schedule employees making it sometimes hard to know your schedule.

Pay Corporate desire to only have part time workers Stores need to have enough workers, so long term associate's hours are cut
