Pros

The best thing I can think of about working at the TJ Maxx in South Bay was how frequently and quickly they hire people. (which is an indication of an underlying con)

Cons

This particular TJ Maxx was extremely ghetto and full of drama. A lot of the employees were loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional. They often yelled and cursed each other out across the store IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. The sad thing about it was the managers allowed this behavior. Employees were constantly quitting or getting fired which tells you how bad it was. Hopefully things have improved since then.

Does not encourage long term or full time employment. Does not pay for experience for any new hire position except for management.
