very diverse, the work life and personal life can be balanced well, keeps things interesting by decorating based on events or month

Cons

a little lazy getting products out and on the floor, a little bit of favoritism among certain employees, some employees are disorganized, only certain people who comes on are trained in multiple departments

flexible scheduling. management at our store is friendly and understanding. good work environment with friendly people

Cons

Pay is pretty poor for part time associates. Raises are yearly, very low and based on your review. Working the backroom you have work as long as there's trucks coming in, after christmas you will not have much work for a few months.
