The management is terrible. You never hear from them unless they have a problem with something you're doing but if you're having problems they either down play it or don't respond to calls or emails. If the facility has a problem with the operations the managers put all the blame on the staff on-site, no matter who is actually at fault. They don't have your back at all when it comes to dealing with the facility.
The pay does not reflect the responsibilities given to you. Our office was never given office supplies so we had to provide our own. The equpiment that is provided by the company is usually broken, unless it's specifically for use by the facility, then it's brand new.
The supply warehouse constantly gets inmate orders wrong, which causes lots of problems between staff and the inmates and facility. When "My Care Pack" orders are missing items it takes weeks to months for the items to be redelivered to the facility, if they get resent at all.
