      In the state of Va you only get COLA raise of 3 percent every year

      Pros

      They give a good amount of PTO during your first year.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. If they don't like you even though you might be one of the hardest workers you will go no where with this company. They are now hiring people with no experience and paying them more than people that has been with the company more than 5 years. When i confronted my manager he told me if you don't like it quit.

      great management, good work life balance. promote from within, great company to grow with.

      Cons

      health benefits are a bit lacking and expensive, pay is low for the region of work.
