Pros

TKo is a great company to work for. If you are a motivated employee with a strong work ethic there are tons of opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

There are really not many cons, other than the fact that a career in Hospitality is not for everyone. You have to be comfortable with being a team player and often wearing multiple hats—just the nature of the game in this business.

The management company genuinely strives to provide the best guest experience and a family atmosphere. We all work hard and enjoy the benefits of outings, seasonal parties and acknowledgement for a job well done. Management is open to ideas and without red tape, can pivot quickly with business decisions.
