This company walks the walk! It has built a culture of Community and lives up to every word! Truly care and develop people to be their best! All of leadership is engaged and cares about the hotels and employees!

Pros

I've only worked here for a short while, but during that time everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. I feel appreciated for my work and well respected. There is a great company culture from the top down. I can see a clear career path with room for growth, which feels very exciting.

Pros

The company is a great place to work and really lives their culture of CARE. They do many fund-raising events such as the American Heart Association Heart walk, host a beach volleyball tournament for SL24 Unlocke the Light and host a 5K for Sam's Kids.

Cons

They have high expectations which really isn't a con. They want things to be done right.
