commission based only, staff is competitive but also very selfish , they don't really help each other

Very dodgy and not reliable. they always paid was the wrong amount, less of course, and always late. The company keep the tenants' deposit and doesn't care about the tenant situation, for example, let some property without basic maintenance for weeks, so the tenants were always calling us any time of the day to complain very angry and sometimes aggressive.
