Fair hourly compensation, reimbursement for educational opps.

Cons

Cult like, employees fund and manage charity events and the corporation gets free marketing and a nice tax free $ donation in corporate name, the employees don't get credit ...no tax deduction or mention. Manager over schedules therapists for 9-10 hours daily without ask, routinely.
