      TMC is a company that leads with heart.

      Pros

      TMC is a company that not only uses ethics and integrity in its mission but actually demonstrates it every day in the running of the company. Many previous healthcare employers say and advertise this ethical component. Then you get there and it must be filled in the back of some manual and is not part of anything. TMC is the real deal.

      Cons

      PDPM has been difficult for healthcare in the Skilled Nursing Arena. TMC was prepared and has weathered the change successfully.
