TMC is an outstanding, patient focused therapy company. I have worked with them as a treating therapist, a rehab director, and now as an area manager. At every level, I had supportive managers and team members who I learned from and was challenged by to provide the best therapy I could. TMC has a huge number of resources available for therapists for a variety of programs and diagnosis as well as a department whose sole purpose is to improve our clinical outcomes and clinical skills. The support teams available in this company are wonderful and are very willing and eager to help any therapist who contacts them. In addition to the clinical side, TMC actually cares about it employees. They strive to support each team member and to develop each team member in all areas of his/her life. There is ample opportunity to advance within the company, with training and mentorship available at all levels.
