      There are some nice co workers, really nice that go out of their way for you. Others not so much, not very understanding.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive to other companies with outrageous productivity standards.

      Pros

      Good place to work. The overall company has great ethical standards, they are caring people and available to speak with you when there is a concern. The pay is fair for the industry.

      Cons

      However The area managers put stress on the rehab directors and make the company seem difficult to work for but its not that way at all. If you work for the same company at 2 different facilities you will notice the difference. Not much room for growth unless your looking to be a rehab director of area manager and these jobs are very stressful.

      Great company with great values

      Pros

      Therapist owned and operated, employee focused company that truly values its people. This is a place where talent is identified and nurtured and effort is recognized. "Making a positive difference in the lives of everyone we serve" is truly TMC's goal and that extends to everyone including the TMC family of employees . TMC focuses on clinical excellence and provides avenues for clinicians to be recognized and grow their skills. Leadership is typically promoted from within and the culture of service is evident. Together Making Changes, TMCs charitable nonprofit provides a means for employees to give back to the community and each other.

      Cons

      TMC is not for everyone- the culture demands excellence and service and some may not find that a fit
