This company has a wonderful culture with a charitable portion, Together Making Changes, that focuses on giving back through your time, talents and treasures.

Cons

It's difficult to maintain a work life versus home life balance partially due to demands of the job and covering for those that do not come in.

Great work environment, ability to discharge patient's when clinician judges appropriate, valued input, bonuses offered x2 yearly, ability to get raises, monthly bonuses for new graduates, flexible schedule, and overall a good schedule.

Cons

Parking at the building can be challenging/expensive, only 12 PTO days, and fluctuating census

None. Worst rehab company I have ever seen

Cons

Below average pay, illegal billing, brain washing of new grads to make more money, billing for unskilled therapy every day, rehab manager are PTAs or COTAs with community college degrees, and no management experience
