Pros

It is refreshing to work for a company that actually listens to your suggestions/concerns/ideas. You are part of family here and not just a number. The owners of this company have our best interest at heart.

Cons

Of all the companies in competition today this is the best one to work by far!

The benefits were outstanding. I loved who I worked with.

Cons

I think the only con I can think of is workload they put on you. It always seemed to be overwhelming at times.

Great leadership. Very innovative and responsive to needs of customers, both internal and external. Always striving to improve and be a leader in the field. Very ethical. Just a super place to work if you want to grow and you want to do the best for your customers. Lives out core values of service excellence, innovation, integrity and giving of time, talent and treasures. They care about their employees and really encourage life balance.

Cons

Not the place to be if you just want the status quo and want to just work your eight hours and go home. Be ready to constantly adapt and change as our market changes.
