Pros

The facility I worked in had an excellent staff of therapists, nurses, and CNAs who all worked together to ensure the patient was successful.

Cons

The facility I worked at was a 45-50 minute drive from my home. There were three other TMC facilities that were much closer to where I lived at the time, one of which was right down the road from my house. I put in for a transfer THREE different times when a position became available at a closer facility. A new employee was hired each time rather than transferring a loyal employee who had been with the company for YEARS! After being looked over the first two times, I questioned why and was told that if a position became available again it was mine. But as you can see, that was not the case.

Pros

TMC invests in their employees both personally and professionally. If you want to grow, they will provide you with all of the tools. It's a faith-based company that embraces their core values and their "why". There is so much support through various different departments. It's like a big family. I feel like I have become a better person since starting with TMC 6 years ago.

Cons

Since TMC is a growing company we occasionally get "culture-busters" for employees.
