Great work environment, ability to discharge patient's when clinician judges appropriate, valued input, bonuses offered x2 yearly, ability to get raises, monthly bonuses for new graduates, flexible schedule, and overall a good schedule.

Cons

Parking at the building can be challenging/expensive, only 12 PTO days, and fluctuating census

As a long time TMC employee and therapist in the SNF industry, I have seen and heard horror stories from other therapists regarding other rehab companies on topics such as communication, support, leadership, integrity, patient care expectations, etc. I am proud to be a TMC team member. TMC is a company committed to doing things the right way and ALWAYS willing to fix things when needed. TMC is not like other complanies- we actually pray for our team members and support each other! I couldn't imagine being with a different company in the current state of our industry- we believe in the work that we do to make a difference in the lives that we serve.

Cons

Negative team members don't leave fast enough.

Family oriented, faith based, flexible schedules, 2x a year bonus, competitive pay, tuition assistance, matching 401k, great support system. They have a charity that gives back to the community. They are a true team. Upper management is accessible to everyone. Clinical excellence focus.

Cons

You get attached to co-workers and patients ( every therapy job hopefully has this!)
