      When I came to TMC over 15 years ago, I was at a point in my career whereby I was looking for a place to settle as I moved toward retirement. Much to my pleasure I found more than a job. What I found was passion and purpose in a place where God is celebrated and honored. Having a faith-based focus while working toward making a positive difference has left an indelible mark on me, both professionally and personally. In an industry where on any given day, I could readily make my mark with other companies….I wholeheartedly choose to love my place at TMC for this and many other reasons. If you are looking for a culture that supports you professionally, personally and spiritually, run as quickly as you can to TMC.

      While I thrive in an atmosphere of expected excellence and Christian values, this is not the case for all. TMC is a great company with expectations of excellence, work/life balance and personal growth. No all employees appreciate such environments.
