      Pay is based around their own scales and not taking cost of living in a given area into consideration.

      TMC has great growth opportunities with internal training programs. Therapist often find their passion in areas other than treating patients and can transition into supportive positions. Internal peer to peer recognition programs. Great company culture striving to be the best provider of choice for therapist and our customers.

      Cons

      If you just want to clock in, clock out, and collect your check. TMC is not for you.
