Salary was on higher side in the beginning as they wanted to try and attract therapists to work for a newer company in the area.

Cons

pressure of productivity, HR is weak, Higher management doesn't want to hear anything but praises from employees. just like any other therapy provider.

Cons

95% and above productivity expectations. Constant meetings about productivity and efficiency. Makes work very stressful and unenjoyable.
