TMC has been my employer of choice for 11 1/2 years. They are my family. They see each team member as a vital part of everything that they do daily. They care, not only about our professional growth, but also about our personal growth. This is a faith based company that lives by core values of integrity, innovation, giving of time, talent, and treasures, and service excellence to all. I cannot imagine being anywhere else.

Thank you so much for your review. As I have said many times before, our Rehab Coordinators are our 'backbone' of the therapy department. We are currently looking at all of our RC rates to make sure that everyone is being compensated fairly.

Pros

A faith-based company of high moral ethics and strong core values. Very focused on taking care of the patients they serve. Employees are referred to as members of the TMC family, and you truly get the feeling that you do belong to something bigger than yourself. TMC also has an affiliated non-profit charity, Together Making Changes, which has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to charity in the past few years, all of which was donated by their teams and employees. This is the best company I've ever worked for, and I can't imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

If you are a person who just wants to come to work, see your patients, and go on to your next job, this is not the company for you. This is a company that believes in going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for all customers.
