I have met and worked with some of the best therapists and gotten the opportunity to be part of wonderful therapy teams!

Cons

Unrealistic productivity standards and unfair travel reimbursement.

I have been with TMC 7 years, they live out there WHY. It is not framed and on the wall, or stuffed in a file drawer. It truly is utiized to determine daily decisions of practice life.

Cons

Healthcare change is constant which causes change. TMC has done well with all the Medicare changes.
