We’re so glad we were able to support your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) through our student loan stipend program. We also hear your concerns around autonomy. TMC is, at its core, a clinician-advocate organization - our goal is never to feel like a “middle man,” but to be a true partner that helps make sure clinical judgment drives patient care. We’re continually working to strengthen communication with our SNF partners so our therapists can manage their caseloads appropriately and feel protected in the decisions they make for their patients.
