      Management was a joke

      Loved getting to know and working with the patients.

      Cons

      Rehab department was a joke. management was no better. During your annual review they would nit pick at parts of your personality constantly that had nothing to do with the job. They expect ONE person to do 3 people's jobs and get paid very little with no raises. Oh and they're constantly losing buildings all over the u.s so there's no job security

      Broken promises from the start

      Pay checks every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      Unethical productivity, took 401k, took semi yearly "bonus" that didn't even cover the full time hours I rarely could achieve. Unkind DOR that made me cry at every review because I was never good enough even though i found out near the end that she was commiting fraud by not even seeing patients and billing for it. I stayed for the love of my people. Worked so hard for them and don't regret a moment I gave to them!

      There’s no way these 5 star reviews are real. I know 15 different therapist that would say how fraudulent and unethical tmc is. The amount of turnover they have is crazy. No one wants to work for them, unless they have no other options. The only reason they get contracts is because they off Medicare fraud as a perk. 100% productivity is expected, which is impossible to do if you are a good therapist.

      Everything. Please do not work for tmc. They are awful and do not care about patients.
