Pros

Health benefits were good. Benefits for new grads to get help with student loans.

Cons

Unethical and illegal acts were observed by management and other workers. When complaints were made to HR they did nothing. They want to hire you cheaply and do not get your coverage when you are sick or want a vacation. They look good on paper but in real life are snakes. I don’t believe you can have conviction and stay true to your values if you work for this company. They talk a big game but do NOT act with integrity or real values.

This is not a career-building position. It is easy telephone work while looking for a career-building position.

We believe you might have the wrong TMC as we are "TMC- Therapy Management Corporation:" There are others out there that also go by TMC; we ask that you'd consider removing your post and posting it on the correct companies page as we understand the importance of feedback. We are a therapy company and do not have Sales Associate positions, nor do we operate in Lake Mary.
