      As a PTA that started in a staff position, then moving into a TCN position, and now in a Campus Relations Recruiter position, TMC has supported me 100%!! TMC has proved to be a stable, company that lives and breathes it's core values. Whether you are a new grad, or are a seasoned therapist, you are treated as family. New grads have the opportunity and guidance through clinical support and education to grow as therapists and leaders in our industry. TMC's culture is also unlike any other I have ever worked for. Truly a work family environment!

      Cons

      As a staff therapist, the caseload would fluctuate but that happens everywhere.

      Pros

      TMC is an amazing company to work for, especially when comparing to other larger rehabilitation companies. TMC is owned and operated by therapists, so they understand from the top down what it feels like on the front lines. There is support built in throughout the company for all levels of employees, The company also strongly encourages philanthropic behaviors - donating times and talents to our community to make a difference beyond the walls of the therapy gym.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that I have been employed for a few years now and have not had any kind of employee review to allow for discussion of a raise, but this is common among all therapy companies - not unique to TMC.
